Indie Game Gang Recap & Game for July

Between Me and The Night | Indie Game Gang game for July | Gamerwife.com

Indie Game Gang Recap for May & July Game Announcement | Gamerwife.com Sorry about the impromptu hiatus last month. I decided to take some time off from my blog and I guess that included all blog associated activities including my little gang. However, I am back and that means a new game for us to play together and discuss!

Although I never found the time to play it myself (something I’m hoping to fix this week), it sounds like those of you who did play Emily is Away had a great time with it. Just remember that you’re more than free to start your own discussion topics for any of the games we’ve played so far. You don’t always have to wait for me to start a discussion.

Which bring us to…

The Indie Game Gang game for July:

Between Me and The Night | Indie Game Gang game for July | Gamerwife.com Between Me and the Night is a surreal point and click adventure game that rides the thin line between sanity and madness. It’s currently 50% off as part of the Steam Summer Sale, so don’t delay and grab your copy now! It was apparently quite the hit when it was release in early access last year and can be played through in around 3 hours. Really looking forward to playing and discussing this one with you in the Steam Group.

Oh, and just a reminder that the best way to keep up with the discussion is to subscribe to the subforum for the game! In the Indie Game Gang Steam group, go to the “Discussions” tab. Then, on the far right you’ll find a list of “Sub Forums.” Click on the name of the game we’re currently playing and then, again on the far right side, choose “Subscribe to Forum.” This way you’ll be notified as soon as a new discussion topic is created and you’ll never miss out on the conversation!

Hope to see you in the group this month

I played Emily is Away last month and really enjoyed it (while still being frustrated with how it ended). I might just have to give this game a try too. I’ve been looking for something to buy from the Steam sale!
