Hello sweeties!

How was your week? Mine was pretty chill, full of freelance work and kitty cuddles. I did make a point of getting out of the house as often as I could to enjoy the spring weather and it’s been pretty nice wearing my leather jacket again.

As for this weekend we’ll be hosting another Pandemic Legacy game and hopefully doing a little Mile End adventure so I can do research for a guest post I’m working on. Oh, and speaking of guest posts, did you catch the post I did for Stacey’s Geeks & Lattes last weekend?

On Sunday I have the extreme honour of serving as a judge at the second annual McGame Jam here in Montreal. What are you all up to?

Very interesting article on the Division! All this time leading up to the release I’ve been pretty unimpressed because of the marketing–very much aimed at guys, just made it look like another FPS like Call of Duty. But now…I’m actually intrigued.

It actually plays a lot more like a cover shooter like Mass Effect, but with online co-op. But they way the female characters are handled in general is pretty impressive.
