Hey Sweeties!,

How was your week? Mine was kinda blah. Think my seasonal depression is getting started a little early this year. But I did manage to book our Christmas trip to Vancouver and I picked up a couple new contracts for December. Including helping out with the Kickstarter campaign for Children of Zodiarcs that should go live mid-January (more on that as it comes together).

Also, my post on the GAMERella game jam went live on Remeshed. Check it out here.

This weekend will involve a going away party for some dear friends, hopefully a movie date, and getting started on a project for the blog that I am SUPER excited about.

Link Time!

I wrote a thing about my MIGS 2015 experience and why female focused groups like Pixelles are so important.

This wasn’t news to me, but it’s still important to remember.

Looking for a new mobile game? Gamerwife fave Monument Valley is free on iOS!

On feminism as a brand, and when “allies” can’t walk the walk. (Al the trigger warnings.)

Dogmeat cosplay!

I have such high expectations for The Force Awakens.

This would be a great choice for the board and video game players on your wishlist.

Speaking of wishlists, Pixelkin has game and app suggestions for kids of all ages!

So. Important. Holiday season self-care.

And finally, anyone got an extra 3,999 Swedish Krona they want to loan me?

Oh! And don’t forget there’s only 4 days left to enter my Kawaii Box Giveaway!!

I’m REALLY trying not to build up epic expectations for The Force Awakens not because I think it will be bad, but just because I’m so nervous that it might not live up to them!

Really happy to hear War of the Zodiarcs is still happening! Hopefully the hubs and I can fit backing it into the budget; we were both quite interested! And I hope your winter blues lay off for a bit! :)
