Everyday Cosplay: Menswear Edition

Everyday cosplay posts are popular all over the blogosphere, but they tend to be focused on looks for women, since I guess that’s who’s creating them. The poor guys always get left out. So, when menswear site Paul Fredrick contacted me about putting together some everyday cosplay looks in anticipation of NYCC, I jumped at the chance.

I opted to focus on video game inspired looks, using this Esquire article as a guide.

Ah I’m so glad you worked with them! They contacted me but had to turn them down because I don’t write about menswear. I felt so bad! Your outfits look great! 🙂

Thanks, Jessica! Since Rick is still a big part of this site, even when he isn’t guest posting for me, it seemed only right to through the boys some love. 🙂

Despite the fact that I will probably never use them for anything, I love to see mens everday cosplay! I think these are great – definitely captured the character essence.
