IndieBox Unboxing August 2014

Indiebox | Mystery Box Gift Guide for Gamers | Gamerwife.com

indiebox

IndieBox is a brand new subscription box service committed to promoting the best new independent video games, while at the same time rewarding gamers with all the deluxe, extra-textual stuff that’s disappeared with the advent of digital distribution. You know, the box, the instruction manual, posters, etc.

Last month’s game, Forced, came packed with beautiful goodies. Check out what came in the August box:

While this will probably be my last IndieBox for a little while (I pay for all of my subscription boxes out of my own pocket and currently need to cut costs), I was very excited to hear that IndieBox has joined with FanGamer for the September box.
To get your own IndieBox, go to: https://www.theindiebox.com/

*Note: In the video I quoted the price of an IndieBox subscription at $19.99. This is incorrect. Prices actually start at $16.99 US

Thank you! I do plan on reviewing the game at a later date, but right now it’s still catch-up city. Ugh.

That game sounds fun! I too have cut off my monthly subscription boxes for awhile – budgeting is often such a non-fun necessity! I do miss them, but it does feel good to be saving the money!

Great video – and I’m loving the new hair! I’m tempted to get a few indieboxes for some of the gamers on my holiday gift list. I just love the packaging (I’m such a nerd for great packaging).

Great video review, as always. I’m surprised the box didn’t come with much extra stuff, but the game itself sounds pretty cool. I still wish I could afford one of these little subscription boxes, but $20 a month just won’t cut it with my budget.

Also, your hair looks so good! The cut and color really suit you.

Thank you! And yeah, it’s hard to justify subscription boxes sometimes. I have to work very hard to limit myself to one a month now.

Thank you! It’s taken me a while to get comfortable with it, but I’m really enjoying it so far.
