I guess I’m finally back into the swing of things, after flailing around last week. Thanks everyone for sticking with me. Sometimes it just takes a little time to get used to being back. This week’s been pretty quiet, playing catch up and hopefully getting some help with some toddler app reviews from my sister. Yay!

I’ve also decided to give up meat for lent. While I’m not actually Catholic, I think forgoing something from time to time is a good way to reevaluate your relationship with it. And to be honest, my relationship with food in general hasn’t been awesome since I attempted the Blogilates Diet Bet. I’m hoping that by focusing on cooking wholesome vegan foods that take all of my food allergies into consideration will be a good step to working on that, and it’s already gotten me excited about cooking again, which is nice. So, for the next 40-ish days and nights I’m going to post the links for any recipes I’ve tried during the week with a smiley face or frowny face depending on what Rick and I thought of them.
